Delivery time
Your order will be delivered to your home or address as soon as possible.
We strive for the fastest and most suitable delivery times and work with fixed and reliable delivery services.
Shipping by post and courier
Bodemschat has the packages delivered by GLS and/or PostNL.
Are you not at home? Then you will receive an email or text message from the relevant parcel service to indicate a different delivery time or delivery address.
The package can also be delivered to your neighbors from Monday to Saturday.
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be stored for a maximum of 7 days in a distribution center, where you must collect the package yourself.
Packages returned via the courier will only be re-shipped after payment of the shipping costs.
Track your package online
After the package has left our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code, so that you can see exactly when and what time your package will be delivered.

Pick up your order
You can also pick up your order in our showroom and at trade fairs and events where Bodemschat is present.
Please make an pick up appointment so that your order is ready to be picked up at your desired time.
